The dashboard page presents crucial account information and offers quick actions to optimize your experience on the ISS platform as a School Recruiter.
Upon initial login, or if you are utilizing ISS EDUrecruit® as a candidate and a recruiter, you may need to change your view from a candidate view to a recruiter view. To do this, click on the dropdown arrow in the top right and select ‘Switch to Recruiter’. On the pop up click ‘Switch to Recruiter/Admin’.
Search Candidates

Add a Job
By listing your job openings, you provide interested candidates with the opportunity to explore the position and apply accordingly. This process facilitates a seamless connection between employers and potential candidates.
Saved Searches & Alerts
When browsing candidates, you can conveniently save your searches for quick reloading and create alerts based on your saved searches. By saving your searches, you can easily access them again from your home dashboard without having to manually input the search criteria. Additionally, you have the option to set up alerts specifically tailored to your saved search, keeping you informed about new candidates that match the criteria of your search.
