Errors During Login
ERROR: Blocked. Your Account is Locked.
Cause: Too many login attempts with the incorrect password have been made. Your account will be locked for 1 hour.
Fix: Wait 1 hour and perform a password reset by clicking “Don’t remember your Password?” on the login screen, or submit a Customer Support ticket for assistance.
ERROR: User was not found.
Cause: A user with the login email address does not exist in our system.
Fix: Click “Create Account” to create a new account under this email address. If you believe this is an error, please submit a Customer Support ticket for assistance.
Errors During Account Creation
ERROR: The email is already registered.
Cause: An account with this email address already exists in our system.
Fix: Click the “Back to Sign In” page and sign in using the email address. If the password is unknown, click “Don’t remember your Password?” to reset the password for this address. If you believe this is an error, please submit a Customer Support ticket for assistance.
ERROR: Account Not Created
Cause: Undetermined.
Fix: Please submit a Customer Support ticket for assistance.
